She completed her schooling from Aryaman Vikram Birla School, known for its academic rigour. Her father, Mr. I.K. Pandey, is a pharmacist in a hospital, while her mother is a Hindi lecturer in an inter college—both of whom contributed significantly to Dikshita’s disciplined upbringing.
She pursued B.Tech in Managerial Economics from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, one of Uttarakhand’s premier institutions. Continuing her academic journey, she completed M.Tech in Energy Studies from IIT Mandi, making her one of the few technocrats to transition successfully into civil services.
