Born on 15th May 2000 in the heritage-laden neighborhood of Arhat Bazaar, Dehradun, Anshul was raised in a well-educated and service-oriented family. His father, Shri Arvind Kumar Bhatt, serves as Additional Secretary Legislative in the Uttarakhand Government. With a strong academic upbringing and civil service ethos at home, Anshul was inspired early to work towards public service.
Anshul completed his graduation from the prestigious St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, where he pursued a Bachelor of Arts. Known for his academic brilliance, analytical mindset, and calm personality, his time at St. Stephen’s was a stepping stone towards the IAS dream.
