Early Life And Education Qualification Of Tina Dabi IAS
Tina Dabi was born on 9 November 1993 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. She is 31 years old as of 2025. Her father Jaswant Dabi worked as General Manager at BSNL, while her mother Himani Dabi is a retired officer of the Indian Engineering Services (IES). Tina’s younger sister Ria Dabi is also a UPSC topper and is married to IPS Manish Kumar.

She married IAS Athar Aamir Khan in 2018, whom she met during IAS training. The couple got divorced in 2021. Later in 2022, she married IAS Pradeep Gawande, an officer of the 2013 batch.
Education Details
Tina completed her B.A. Honours in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University. She was always academically bright and started preparing for the civil services exam while still in college.
Love Story and Personal Life
Tina Dabi met Athar Aamir Khan in 2015 during a felicitation ceremony at the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Delhi. Their friendship blossomed during the IAS training at LBSNAA, Mussoorie. They traveled to Netherlands, Paris, and Rome together during their training period.
They got married on 20 March 2018 in a court ceremony at Jaipur and later had a traditional celebration on 7 April 2018 at Pahalgam Club, Kashmir. However, the marriage ended in 2021 through mutual consent.
In April 2022, Tina married IAS Pradeep Gawande, a doctor turned civil servant from the 2013 batch, Rajasthan cadre. Their marriage was held in a private ceremony at Hotel Holiday Inn, Jaipur.
