The Gujarat IPS Transfers 2025 notification has brought a major reshuffle across the state police force. In this latest Gujarat Police reshuffle, several senior IPS officers and SPS officers have been transferred to key positions to strengthen law and order, improve crime control, and enhance administration.
As per the official IPS transfer order 2025, Dr. Karanraj Vaghela (IPS 2012) has moved from SP Valsad to DCP (Economic Wing), Surat City, while S.V. Parmar (IPS 2012) is now Commandant SRPF Group-15, ONGC Mehsana. Rahul Tripathi (IPS 2013) is posted as DCP S.O.G., Ahmedabad City, and Himkar Singh (IPS 2013) takes charge as DCP (Economic Wing), Ahmedabad City. Similarly, Rohan Anand (IPS 2013) has been transferred as SP Anti Economic Offences Wing, CID (Crime), Gandhinagar, and Yashpal Dhirajbhai Jaganiya (IPS 2013) becomes SP (Western Railways), Ahmedabad.
Other notable movements include Manish Singh, M.J. Chavda, Parthrajsinh N. Gohil, Dharmendra Sharma, and Dr. Ravi Mohan Saini, who have been assigned important roles in Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, and Gandhinagar. Officers like Akshay Raj, Prashant Sumbe, Shaifali Barwal, Premsukh Delu, and Ms. Anupam also feature in this reshuffle with postings in Surat, Banaskantha, Surendranagar, and traffic wings.
The reshuffle further covers 2017 to 2021 batch IPS officers, including Nitesh Pandey (SP Bhavnagar), Abhay Soni (SP Western Railway, Vadodara), Sushil Agrawal (SP Vadodara Rural), Jaydeepsinh Jadeja (SP Gir Somnath), Andrew Macwan (DCP Zone-4 Vadodara), Himanshu Solanki (SP Mehsana), and others taking charge of district police offices, crime branches, intelligence, and cyber security cells.
Additionally, young officers like Safin Hasan (SP Mahisagar), Pooja Yadav (SP Dang-Ahwa), Vishakha Dabral (SP Narmada), and Hetal C. Patel (DCP Zone-1 Rajkot City) have received significant postings, showcasing the state’s emphasis on dynamic policing.

This Gujarat Police transfer list 2025 also includes several SPS officers, such as Kalpeshkumar Chavda, Bharatsang M. Tank, Praful Vania, Jyoti P. Patel, Megha R. Tewar, and others, who are now leading SRPF units, intelligence bureaus, and traffic divisions across Gujarat.
