Dheeraj Kumar Singh was born on 28 June 1991 in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. As of 2025, he is 34 years old. He belongs to a humble family where his mother lived in the village and his father worked in another city. Due to his mother’s health issues, he had to return to the village during his medical education. At that time, when no official supported the request to transfer his father nearby, he decided to pursue civil services and make a real difference in people’s lives.
Dheeraj completed MBBS and MD from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), a prestigious medical institution in India. His strong academic foundation played a key role in shaping his civil service aspirations.
