Early Life And Education Qualification Of Deshal Dan IAS
Deshal Dan was born on 2 May 1994 in Sumaliyai village, located in the Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan. He is 31 years old as of 2025. He comes from a humble family background. His father, Kushal Dan Ratnu, ran a small tea stall to support their family of ten, while his mother is a homemaker. His elder brother, who served in the Indian Navy, tragically passed away in the INS Sindhurakshak accident, and this incident became a source of deep motivation for Deshal to serve the country through civil services.
Education Details
Deshal completed his B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College, affiliated with Jabalpur University. His strong academic base and motivation to serve the nation led him to crack UPSC at an early age.
