IPS Abhinav Dwivedi was born on 10 January 1996 in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. At present, he is 29 years old. He hails from a middle-class family; his father, Dharmendra Kumar Sharma, served as a Junior Engineer (JE) in the RES Department and is now retired.
