Prasanna Venkatesh was born on 4th July 1988 in Tamil Nadu. He belongs to a humble background and faced life’s toughest emotional test during his UPSC preparation—losing his 55-year-old mother to cardiac arrest just days before the main exam in 2011. he is married with Dr. Manasa.
Despite the setback, he appeared for the exam and went on to succeed with flying colors.
He pursued his B.Sc in Agriculture from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, and later worked professionally before attempting the civil services.
